RewardStyle is an invite-only monetisation tool for fashion, beauty and lifestyle bloggers. It provides style product images with affiliate links as well as a variety of widgets and tools to showcase products on your blog, or share on social networks.  
Amazon Associates
Amazon Associates is the affiliate program of Amazon. It provides approved bloggers with the opportunity to promote Amazon products using text links, images or widgets in return for potentially receiving a commission.
 
E-Junkie
E-Junkie provides shopping cart and buy now buttons to let you sell downloads and tangible goods on your blog. It also lets you sign up as an affiliate to promote other people’s products in return for a commission.
 
SkimLinks
SkimLinks converts normal product links into the equivalent affiliate links, and picks up product references in content, turning those into relevant affiliate links too. Do this manually by installing code, or, if you’re on WordPress, add a plugin.

AdRotate is a WordPress plugin that bloggers can use to serve ads on their blog. It allows users to set ads in groups or blocks, track clicks and page views and set ad-serving start and end dates. As a bonus, it can be used to schedule content in widgets.

WP125
WP125 is a WordPress plugin that can be used to add 125×125 ads (or any images) to your sidebar. It has a scheduling feature so you can set when ads should “start” and “end”. It also tracks slick-through.
